These whimsical balloon bulbs are a gorgeous addition to you wedding or event decor.
Step 1:
(A.) Using a dry erase marker, draw desired pattern. Don’t be afraid to erase and re-draw in this step! Erase any lines you don’t want or need so you don’t get confused moving forward. (B.) Carefully go over your lines with the gold metallic paint marker.
Step 2:
(A.) Where your gold lines cross in the top row, hot glue a smaller white button. Add larger buttons to the bottom row. (B.) Paint tacky glue over the buttons with a small paint brush. (C.) Top with gold glitter. (D.) Hot glue adhesive pearl in the center of each.
Step 3:
(A.) Thread clear stretch cord through a larger white button and hot glue to top of bulb. (B.) Wrap the edge of the button in jute and hot glue the end in place.
Step 4:
Wrap the bottom of the light bulb in jute and secure with hot glue.
Step 5:
Hot glue larger clear gems to accent the pearls and glitter. Add more color and details with the smaller colored gems. Take a permanent marker to any clear gems to get your perfect color!
