Mix together a light blue paint and apply to entire wooden letter. Let dry.
Step 2:
Apply a generous and even coat of tacky glue over the dried coat of paint. Let dry for about a minute. Make sure the glue remains tacky.
Step 3:
Apply another generous coat of a darker blue over the glue. Be sure to have a decent amount of paint on the brush. Avoid over brushing.
Let dry and watch the crackle happen!
