Give a holiday twist to a classic cream filled chocolate with creamy red and green centers! These will be sure to put you in the holiday spirit!
Step 1:
A) Melt some of the bag of white chocolate and add green food dye to it. Fill each
square of your mold roughly about 1/4 to a 1/3 way up with the colored chocolate and put in the freezer for 10 minutes.
B) Take your red dyed crème filling and add a small amount to the center of each mold, keeping it away from the sides.
C) Melt the chocolate and top off each mold, making to fill each corner. Freeze for about 10 minutes.
D) Remove from freezer and carefully remove each square from the mold.
Step 2:
A) Melt more of the white chocolate and add to a Decorating Bag. Cut the tip
of the bag with your scissors.
B) Drizzle the white chocolate on top of some or all of your finished chocolate
candies!
TIP:
Repeat Step 1, adding red food dye to the white chocolate in the mold and green
food dye to the crème center for a festive and fun mix!
TIP:
Add a drop of vegetable oil to your melted white chocolate when adding food dye!
