Kids will love making these chocolate covered marshmallow treats in prep of the holiday season!
Step 1:
A) Melt the Light Cocoa Melting Wafers in a bowl.
B) Place a marshmallow square on a fork and cover it with melted wafers using a spoon. Tap off any excess chocolate on the edge of the bowl. Place on foil or waxed paper and freeze, approximately 10 minutes.
Step 2:
A) Melt half of the White Melting Wafers in a bowl. Place in a decorating bag.
B) Cut off the tip of the bag.
C) Pipe on two big circles for the eyes.
D) Add a brown M&M in the center of each circle to complete the eyes.
Step 3:
A) Melt the other half of the White Melting Wafers and add red and yellow dye to
make orange. Place half of the melted wafers in a decorating bag and cut off the tip of the bag.
B) Pipe on a triangle for the beak.
Step 4:
A) Mix more red dye into the remaining orange melting wafers in the bowl to create a dark red. Place into a decorating bag and cut off the tip of the bag.
B) Pipe on the gobbler next to the beak.
TIP:
Add a touch of oil to your melted white chocolate to help ¬¬keep it smooth!
