Channel your inner mermaid with this beautiful seashell crown.
Step 1:
Start by selecting your shells and hot gluing them to the front and sides of the plastic crown. The design can be symmetrical or random.
Step 2:
Continue layering shells and gluing in place until you have the desired look
Step 3:
Add Pearl & Gem details.
Step 4:
Apply Tacky glue with a brush to areas you want more sparkle, sprinkle glitter on the glue to make your crown shimmer
