Crafter's Closet Tacky Glue (No Image)
Crafter's Closet Black Puffy Paint

3 LED Tea Lights
Assorted Pom Poms
Assorted Chenille Stems

Let’s Do This!

Step 1:

Use puffy paint to create the faces on top of the tea lights.

Step 2:

Make a hat out of glitter tape. Cut a rectangle for the hat and a small strip for the brim. Combine the pieces and add a strip of red detail ribbon. (Note: Leave release paper on the tape for this project.)
